1. The subject of the contract has been divided into two parts (Tasks) and includes the preparation of design documentation for the extension of Zapłocie Duże Street in Bielsko-Biała – Task 1 and the extension of the county road

- Bystrzańska Street in Bielsko-Biała with the following Streets: Długa, Fabryczna and Olszówki along with the construction of a bridge over the Olszówka stream – Task 2;

2. Detailed definition of the scope of the contract is included in Chapters III - V of the Terms of Contract;

3. The Contracting Authority allows submission of partial bids for individual of the above-mentioned Tasks (parts) of the contract;

4. The economic operator may submit a tender for one or all of the lots;

5. The selection of the most advantageous offer will take place separately for each part of the order – each Task.

The subject of the contract in the part covered by Task 1 is the preparation of a full-range, full-discipline and complete design and cost estimate documentation for the extension of Zapłocie Duże Street in Bielsko-Biała (hereinafter referred to as the "Documentation"), in the scope including in particular:

the implementation of the construction project,

execution of an executive design,

preparation of a water law report,

preparation of geodetic documentation regarding the resumption of border points and land divisions,

implementation of the project of temporary and target traffic organization,

preparation of materials for issuing a decision on the permit for the implementation of a road investment,

preparation of materials for issuing a decision on environmental conditions for the implementation of the investment,

preparation of pre-measurement and cost estimation documentation,

and performing author's supervision over the robots covered by the Documentation.

The subject of the contract in the part covered by Task 2 is to perform a full-range, full-discipline and complete design and cost estimate documentation for the extension of the county road
