The city of Lohja requests applications for participation in transportation services.
The transportation tasks that are subject to the acquisition are various charter runs and other runs in the city of Lohja to meet the needs of the income areas, for which no other procurement contracts exist. Acquisition therefore does not apply to regular statutory transport services (e.g., school transport). Transports include training, study and acquaintance trips for city staff and trustees, as well as trips for those in the field of civilisation services, such as early childhood education, primary education, high school education and youth services. Public transport can also be subject to public transport open to all. As a rule, transfers leave the area of the city of Lohja, but in some cases the starting point may be elsewhere. Transfers can take place according to the amount carried by taxi or bus.
The procurement notice establishes a dynamic procurement system (DPS). All candidates meeting the suitability requirements are approved for the dynamic procurement system. The candidate is not bound by enrollment in the system. A candidate can choose which contests to take place within the system.
The dynamic procurement system is subject to transportation services for the needs of the city of Lohja. The services to be acquired and the detailed requirements for these are specified separately in each call for tender.
The dynamic procurement system is two-phase:
1. A dynamic procurement system will be established. Participants can enroll.
2. Procured transports included in the dynamic procurement system are competed by in-system competition.
Any candidate that meets the suitability requirements may join a dynamic procurement system for its entire duration and any candidate accepted into the procurement system may submit bids for contests. The suitability conditions listed in the procurement documents shall be met throughout the procurement period.
