The objective of the thermal installation maintenance contract is to control three components fundamental to operation, namely:

- PFL: energy management,

- P2: maintenance and operation of installations,

- P3: renewal of equipment.

Renewal of the P2 PFI - P3 type heating contract at the Cabanis college in Brive.

P2 post: payable by the establishment.

Post P3: payable by the Departmental Council.

Method of energy supply: payable by the establishment for operating services and minor maintenance of installations (this service is commonly referred to as P2), with an obligation of result by obtaining and maintaining the commitments defined in the CCTP. Supply of domestic hot water (DHW). Major maintenance and renewal service (GER) of installations (this service is commonly referred to by the term P3).
