The subject of the contract is the provision of services for external sales helpline for TAURON Sale sp. z o.o. and TAURON Sales GZE sp. z o.o.

A detailed description of the Subject of the Order is set out in the Draft Agreement annex 7 to the SWZ and in Annex 1 to the Draft Agreement.

The subject of the Agreement is the provision by the Contractor, in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement, services to the Contracting Authority related to the operation of TAURON External Sales Helpline in the scope of:

1.1. handling incoming calls (including back office actions),

1.2. outgoing call handling (including back office actions),

1.3. email correspondence handling,

1.4. call handling and back office activities related to the use of systems such as video chat, chat, document circulation system
