The conclusion of this Framework Agreement is necessary for the fulfillment and realization of the purposes of the foundation. In particular, the specific needs that are intended to be covered by this Framework Agreement are the provision of the architectural, engineering and other services required to rehabilitate or build the spaces owned by the foundation.

For reasons of procedural economy, it has been considered convenient to group in a Framework Agreement all the technical assistance related to the definition of these actions and the supervision of their execution, all with the aim of having a set of qualified suppliers that during the time duration of the Framework Agreement, can be selected to perform the technical assistance previously described.

Technical services for the drafting of projects and management of structural rehabilitation works, drafting of opinions, analysis of pathologies and structural reports in the Recinto de Santo Pablo.

Architectural service for the drafting of projects, facultative directions, coordination of security and health of the works of reforms and rehabilitations of external estates.
