The framework agreement shall cover the Municipal Undertaking for Educational Buildings and Property's requirements for inspections, service, scheduled maintenance and necessary upgrading and renovation of the existing building automation and building management systems (SD system). The framework agreement also includes immediate repair works. Almost all assignments shall be implemented while the school is in use.

The framework agreement will have a duration of 2 years from the start of contract, with an option for the contracting authority to extend with 1 year + 1 year on verbatim terms.

Between 3 and 5 parallel framework agreements will be established with planned start-up in May/June 2017.
