Purpose of supply: supply contract for 3 ambulances for use in the Dinaphi area.

Comment: This contract is a supply contract for the purchase of ambulances for use in the Dinaphi area.

The contract covers the acquisition of a minimum of 3 ambulances and a maximum of 12 ambulances over a period of 4 years (1 year renewable 3 times).

At the time of writing the terms of this contract, the rescue zone is unable to accurately define the additional ambulances it will need. Consequently, the quantities indicated in the special specifications governing this contract are for information purposes only, they in no way bind the administration; therefore, the successful tenderer can not claim any compensation in case the quantities are not reached.
