the purpose of the contract is the collection, loading, transport and valorization of Confidential Archives (radios, films, slides, patient files, administrative documents) for the GHUC and for the Godinot Institute. The market is not allotted. The contract takes the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders within the meaning of the second paragraph of Article R.2162-2 of the CCP, which is executed by issuing successive purchase orders under the conditions laid down in Articles R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the CCP. The Framework Agreement is mono-attributable and is concluded without minimum but with a maximum. For each of the establishments that are members of the grouping of orders, the estimated annual quantities are specified in the table listing needs annexed to the CCTP and in the price schedules (freely available on the website https://www.marches-publics.gouv.fr).
