Glasgow Kelvin College is seeking a contractor to provide a cleaning services across 4 campus buildings, Easterhouse, Springburn, West End and East End for a period of 3 years with an option to extend for 2 x 12-month periods.

Glasgow Kelvin College (GKC) requires a contractor to provide an environmentally conscious cleaning service. The contractor shall provide all labour, plant, work equipment, work equipment maintenance, and ethical, sustainable cleaning materials necessary for the proper execution of the contract. This shall include refuse bags and liners, quality toilet paper, paper hand towels, foam soaps and air fresheners.
