This contract concerns the provision of personnel acting as interim personnel within the school and youth services of the city of Comines to deal with a temporary or seasonal increase in activity, within the framework of carrying out specific tasks.

In accordance with Article L. 1251-60 of the Labor Code, “legal entities governed by public law may call on the employees of these companies for non-durable tasks, called missions, in the following cases only:

1) temporary replacement of a staff member due to sick leave, maternity leave, parental leave or parental presence leave, temporary transition to part-time work, participation to activities within the framework of an operational, sanitary, civil or other reserve, or the accomplishment of the civil or national service, the recall or the maintenance under the flags;

2) temporary vacancy of a post which cannot be immediately filled under the conditions provided for by law n ° 84-16 of 11.1.1984 on statutory provisions relating to the civil service of the state, law n ° 84-53 of 26.1 .1984 on statutory provisions relating to the territorial public service and law nº 86-33 of January 9 ...
