Vestmar Child Welfare Service, Nome and Midt-Telemark Child Welfare Service, Vest-Telemark Child Welfare Service, Bamble-, Porsgrunn-, Siljan-, Skien-, Larvik-, Sandefjord-, Færder-, Holmestrand-, Horten- and Tønsberg municipalities, the Child Welfare Service in Vestfold and the Child Welfare Service in Telemark will replace their existing professional systems for child welfare. The delivery will be a standard cloud service delivered over the internet with integrations with the national shared systems and the municipalities' systems. The SSA-L contract form will be used.

The professional system with contribute to an easier daily workday in the municiplaities. Sound and understandable case flow and greater automation are objectives that are given high priority when evaluating the new system. The system must ensure a comprehensive solution within a predictable cost framework. Project management, set-up/configuration, integrations, conversion, training, testing, etc. are also included in the delivery. Individual contracts will be signed for each municipality/child welfare service. The contracting authority's detailed description of the delivery is given in the tender documentation and annexes.
