Some of the people who lose their jobs or are threatened with unemployment as a result of the coronacrisis may benefit from additional support to find their way to other jobs quickly and effectively. Specifically for these people, a new approach has been developed as complementary services, in which employers' organisations, trade unions, municipalities and UWV work together in regional mobility teams (RMT) to guide people to work. The Department of Participation and Decentralised Facilities (PDV) of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment wants to evaluate this new form of service.
The aim of the study is to evaluate to what extent and through which the crisis services provided by RMT and the form in which it has been implemented contribute to achieving the policy-driven results. We ask for a learning evaluation of the crisis services through RMT's, in order to gain knowledge and insight into what works within the approach, why this works, what could be better, and to share this with relevant parties through learning cycles.
