Co-designing and Evaluation Framework for Recruitment and Retention. The goal of this project is to co-develop and co-design, with industry and other relevant stakeholders, a 5-to-10 year roadmap to reduce domestic staffing shortages and increase sector attractiveness within the UK seafood sector (fisheries, processing, and aquaculture).
