The subject of this order is the delivery in the form of an operational lease of a specialized vehicle for hydrodynamic cleaning of the sewer network with a water recovery system.

Short description of the subject of the contract:

1) The vehicle must comply with the requirements of road traffic regulations and be allowed to navigate on public roads in accordance with the Road Traffic Law of 20 June 1997 (uniform text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 110 of the p.zm.).

2) The vehicle must have an approval certificate or other authorising document and comply with the requirements laid down in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 12 November 2002 on requirements for asenization vehicles (Journal of Laws of 2002 No. 193 item 1617 as amended) and the Regulation Minister of Infrastructure dated 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (item 2022), as well as hold CE marks and declarations of compliance with applicable regulations and standards.

3) The vehicle should be complete, factory new, technically efficient, ready for operation and free of legal defects and registered as a special vehicle not older than 2022.

4) The receipt of the vehicle will be confirmed by a passing and receiving protocol signed by the authorized persons from the Contractor and the Contractor.

5) Reception will take place at the premises of the Ordering Party.

6) The Contractor is obliged to conduct training of the Contracting Authority's employees in the operation of the delivered vehicle (lasting 5 working days) at the premises and on the premises of the contracting party without charging additional charges.

7) The Contractor, together with the delivery of the vehicle, shall provide to the Ordering Party drawn up in Polish:

a) Manual for the operation of the buildings and chassis

b) Technical description of the vehicle

c) Technical and Movement Documentation with the list of spare parts of the vehicle

d) Vehicle Registration Proof

e) Warranty card of the chassis manufacturer.

8) Requirements for leasing:

a) operational leasing,

b) Currency of leasing PLN,

(c) the lease period of 96 months,

(d) instalments: 95 lease instalments with a variable interest rate, depending on the current WIBOR 1M rate at the date of initiation of the procedure i.e. 04.03.2022, without the initial fee and the redemption fee,

(e) payment of monthly lease installments will follow the repayment schedule. The installments will be payable at the bottom of the last day of the month starting from the month following the date of signing of the Protocol of Receipt of the Lease,

f) initial fee: 10% of the value of the lease,

g) final redemption fee: 1% of the value of the lease item (after payment of which the right of ownership of the subject of the contract passes to the Ordering Party),

h) The Contractor (lessor) shall grant the consent to the individual insurance of the vehicle by the Ordering Party for the entire period of its financed period,

i) The Contracting Authority shall independently insure the vehicle, to the full extent required by the Contractor (lessor), by selecting the insurer and incur the vehicle insurance costs throughout the lease period, including the additional costs of vehicle insurance required by the Contractor.

(j) in the absence of insurance of the lease subject by the Ordering Party, such insurance will be able to conclude the Contractor, charging the Contractor at the expense of the insurance premium,

(k) the transport tax will be payable by the Contracting Authority over the duration of the contract,

l) the costs for registration of the vehicle shall be borne by the Ordering Party

(m) the subject of the lease shall pass from the Agreement to the Contracting Authority as the beneficiary after the end of the lease period and the payment of all lease installments in accordance with the Agreement and the payment by the Ordering Party of the redemption price referred to in point (g) above.
