2M-IT Oy (hereinafter also referred to as subscriber) establishes a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for the acquisition of system, methodological and application training in social and health care services and other similar training.

Organizations providing training services under a dynamic purchasing system may submit applications for participation in the dynamic purchasing system throughout its duration. For dynamic purchasing systems, all candidates who have submitted a request to participate and meet the eligibility criteria for candidates will be accepted. The eligibility requirements are described in the ESPD form attached to the request for participation and in the Additional Terms section of the request for participation. Purchases are made within a dynamic purchasing system with separate invitations to tender.

With a dynamic purchasing system, we obtain, among others: the following training services for the subscriber: - system training

- methodological training

- application training

- project expertise and project management

- other similar training.

Training can be provided by 2M-IT staff and staff of its customers. The training services to be procured are targeted at social and health care applications and information systems, which are more precisely identified and named in the call for tenders, or support systems (eg finance, HR, operational and production control, case management and the like), or are general training in project expertise and project management or broader training programs related to the above. The language of the training you can acquire may be Finnish or English on a case-by-case basis. The training may be in the form of additional or additional training or may lead to certification or other specific qualifications, for example.
