Assets and Construction BW, Office Mannheim and Heidelberg takes care of all construction work of the State of Baden-Württemberg in the area of the cities Mannheim, Heidelberg and the Rhein-Neckar district Around 800 buildings are looked after. These are administrative buildings, buildings in the area of justice, e.g. B. Courts and Correctional Services, Ministry of Interior buildings, e.g. B. Police and refugee accommodation, school buildings with connected boarding schools, buildings in the area of research and teaching, z. B. Mannheim University of Applied Sciences, DHBW Mannheim, Mannheim University of Music, Schwetzingen Law Academy, Heidelberg University of Education, University of Mannheim and Heidelberg University and monuments, e.g. B. Heidelberg Castle, Schwetzingen Castle.
Health care buildings are not part of this framework agreement.
The framework agreement includes services from service phases 2 to 9 according to HOAI and special services. These are renovations, partial new buildings or new buildings with a total construction cost of up to EUR 15 million gross.
The client is entitled, but not obliged, to place individual orders with one of the framework contract partners in accordance with the following requirements. The order value is an estimate. The framework contract does not entitle you to a specific order volume.
The client reserves the right to conclude a framework agreement for each lot with several contractors (max. 3). Before placing individual orders, offers are obtained from all contractors of the respective lot on the basis of previously provided award documents; the individual order is awarded to the contractor with the most economical fee offer.
