As our occupational health (OH) provider you will be expected to provide a comprehensive, professional, good quality, good value, confidential and accurate OH service to all employees of the Trust.

You must have an excellent reputation for delivering high quality OH services in accordance with the standards defined by the Department of Health (DH), SEQOHS (see below) and which support the findings and recommendations of the Boorman Report, 2009.

You will provide suitable, clean and pleasant accommodation, which is conveniently located, discreet, private, accessible and non-discriminatory. Suggested locations for clinics should include Hull, Beverley, Scarborough, Harrogate, York, Rotherham, Wakefield, Sheffield, Doncaster and Leeds.

You must source and identify a laboratory service provider who can provide the required range of services and perform specific tests for immunity assessments which comply with the Department of Health standards. You may wish to consider the possibility of using NHS premises to deliver all or some of the services.
