The subject of the contract are insurance services for Koleje Śląskie Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością in the field of casco insurance of rail vehicles, civil liability insurance for owned property and business, as well as property insurance against all risks and insurance of electronic equipment against all risks. The order was divided into 5 lots.

The subject of the contract in Task No. 1 are insurance services for Koleje Śląskie sp. z o.o. in the scope of casco insurance of rail vehicles. The subject of casco insurance will be rail vehicles with their equipment, which are used by the Ordering Party or which it will come into possession during the insurance period, as well as vehicles that it will lease, lease or lease during the term of the insurance contract.

The subject of the contract in Task No. 2 are insurance services for Koleje Śląskie sp. z o.o. in the scope of civil liability insurance for business activity and owned property with a guarantee sum of PLN 20,000,000 for one and all events (basic policy).

The subject of the contract in Task No. 3 are insurance services for Koleje Śląskie sp. z o.o. in the scope of civil liability insurance for business activity and owned property with a guarantee sum of PLN 20,000,000 for one and all events (surplus policy level I).

The subject of the contract in Task No. 4 are insurance services for Koleje Śląskie sp. z o.o. in the scope of civil liability insurance for business activity and owned property with a guarantee sum of PLN 20,000,000 for one and all events (surplus policy level II).

The subject of the contract in Task No. 5 are insurance services for Koleje Śląskie sp. z o.o. in the scope of property insurance against all risks and insurance of electronic equipment against all risks.
