The Châteaubriant-Derval Community of Municipalities resulting from the merger on 1.1.2017 of the Communities of Municipalities of Castelbriantais and the Derval sector brings together 26 municipalities for a total population of approximately 44,000 inhabitants. The contract relates to the transfer (reception / reloading) of OMR and packaging, collection as a voluntary contribution and management "Bas de quai des recycling centers" (evacuation / treatment or valuation of flows). This contract was the subject of an open tender procedure declared unsuccessful for all three lots.

Lot 1 is defined as follows: weighing (entry and exit), reception of residual household waste collected in the area of the former community of communes of Castelbriantais, and reloading of the flow in vehicles chartered by the treatment center selected by the community (as part of a consultation to be launched in October 2020), weighing (entry and exit), receipt of packaging collected in the area of the former community of communes of Castelbriantais and reloading of the flow in the vehicles retained by the local authority (as part of a consultation to be launched in October 2020), administrative management (recording and transmission of tonnages and associated data, market monitoring, operating report, etc.).

Lot 2 is defined as follows: collection of columnar papers / newspapers / magazines at voluntary drop-off points, storage and reloading in the trucks of buyers designated by the community; collection of glass in columns at voluntary drop-off points, storage and reloading in the trucks of buyers designated by the community; administrative management (recording and transmission of tonnages and associated data, market monitoring, operating report, etc.). It is important to note that the performance of these services is organized according to two distinct operational phases taking into account the deadlines of the current markets. Operational phase n ° 1 (from the start of the contract until 12.31.2021): the contractor will ensure the collection of papers / newspapers / magazines and glass in voluntary contribution only in the municipalities of the former community of municipalities of Castelbriantais. Operational phase 2 (from 1.1.2022 until the end of the contract): the contractor will ensure the collection of papers / newspapers / magazines and glass in voluntary contribution throughout the territory of the Community of communes Châteaubriant- Derval.

Lot 3 is defined as follows: evacuation and treatment / recovery of all the waste received on the sites in Soudan, Rougé, Petit-Auverné, Châteaubriant and Lusanger (excluding green waste, PWR channels or special agreements); provision of containers (skips, boxes, miscellaneous) for most of the flows evacuated from the five sites; administrative management (recording and transmission of tonnages and associated data, market monitoring, operating report, etc.).
