Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust is tendering for a logistics and courier transport service to NHS sites including hospitals, health centres, clinics, GP Practices, Dental Practices, Pharmacies, residential/ nursing homes other health/social care addresses and private addresses.

The services will be provided throughout the County of Norfolk and potentially neighbouring Counties. Distribution and delivery services to be provided include but are not limited to, mail services, medical records, pathology, pharmacy, sterile services, stores distribution and deliveries and collections of goods and equipment from Central Equipment Stores to patients' residential addresses. Potential bidders should note that the scope of the service may be subject to increase and or decrease due to Trust organisational changes. NCH&C aims to appoint a sole provider for this service who will be expected to work with the Trust to review the number of journeys and routes undertaken and advise on the most enviromental and sustainable methods to conduct this service.
