The assignment consists of the design and realization of PV installations, including all additional calculations and activities such as (but not limited to) electrical and mechanical engineering work, construction work and the provision of data for permits, on government roofs throughout the Netherlands. With the aim that the users of the buildings on which the solar panels are located can use the generated electricity in their business operations. It concerns government buildings of various users, e.g. defense, government offices, etc.

The Client intends to conclude a Framework Agreement with three contractors for the Design and Realization (Design & Construct) of these installations.

The Further Agreements under the Framework Agreement are concluded by applying mini-competitions with the lowest price award criterion. The Further Agreements are concluded on the basis of the UAV-GC 2005 (conditions).

The number of roofs and the locations of the roofs on which the PV installations are to be placed is still unknown. The estimated financial size of the Framework Agreement is EUR 85 million. This is a rough estimate of the entire agreement during the term including options to extend. No rights can be derived from this.
