1. Object of the contract: Collection and management of municipal waste from real estate inhabited in Miękinia commune in the years 2020–2021.
2. The service of collecting municipal waste (emptying containers from municipal waste and transporting this waste to places of its utilization) covers all residential properties located in the municipality of Miękinia. This service does not apply to uninhabited properties, including uninhabited premises in multi-premises buildings, in which there are also residential premises.
3. Waste collection should be carried out in a manner enabling achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste.
4. The full scope of services and a detailed description of the subject of the contract along with the technical conditions for the performance of the service is presented in the detailed description of the subject of the contract - Part II of the ToR.

This service does not apply to uninhabited properties, including uninhabited premises in multi-premises buildings, in which there are also residential premises.
3. Waste collection should be carried out in a manner enabling achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste.
4. The full scope of services and a detailed description of the subject of the contract together with the technical conditions for the performance of the service is presented in the detailed description of the subject of the contract Part II of the ToR and in the model contract (Part III of the ToR).
5. The service concerns the collection of the following types of waste:
1) Fractions collected directly from the real estate area "at source":
(a) mixed municipal waste;
b) municipal waste collected in a selective manner, broken down into:
- paper, including cardboard, packaging waste from paper and cardboard,
- metals and plastics, including metal, plastic and multi-material packaging waste,
- packaging glass,
- biodegradable municipal waste, including green waste - at least once a month, in the period from March to December, in a sack system, but not more than max. 15 pieces of 120 l bags for each property (brown bags will be provided individually by the owners / users of the property);
c) bulky waste - as part of the curb display;
d) waste electrical and electronic equipment - as part of the curb display;
e) worn tires - as part of the curb display.
2) From the point of selective collection of municipal waste, the so-called PSZOK
(a) paints, inks, printing inks, adhesives, binders and resins containing dangerous substances;
(b) fluorescent lamps and other mercury-containing waste (including fluorescent lamps);
c) waste electrical and electronic equipment;
d) worn tires;
e) bulky waste;
e) construction and demolition waste;
g) green waste;
h) clothing and textiles;
i) expired and used medicines;
j) batteries and accumulators.
3) From publicly accessible places from which waste will be collected selectively collected, indicated by the Employer (Annex 4 to the Subject of the contract):
a) expired drugs;
b) waste batteries and accumulators.
6. Employment requirements by the Contractor or Subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract of persons performing activities in the field of the contract, referred to in art. 29 paragraph 3a of the Public Procurement Law, were specified in the Description of the subject of the contract (Part II of the ToR).
