From 01.01.2020 the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority changed from an organisational model based on geographical organisation to an organisational model based on functional organisation. In 2022 we will evaluate the chosen organisation model, and see if it works as intended. We shall engage an external provider in this work to get an external opinion, ensure the evaluation competence and ensure the impartiality of the work.
We want to through the evaluation assess the following:
How the current organisation contributes to solving the challenges and needs for improvement that were the basis for the reorganisation:

• Uniformed task solution
• Efficiency and efficient work processes
• Competence development and interaction
• Visibility and accessibility
• Culture
We also want to evaluate the organisation of the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority's security service and co-determination organisation.
