Den norske kirke v/ Kirkerådet [the Church of Norway c/o the Church of Norway National Council (Org No 818066872) is the Church Assembly's preparatory and executive body and directs the work between the Church Assembly's gatherings. The Church of Norway National Council will be the contracting party.

The Church of Norway National Council is a church management body, at the same time as being a strategy and service body.

The activity is currently regulated by canon law, Act of 7.6.1996 No 31 about the Church of Norway. When new acts concerning beliefs and philosophy are adopted, the Church of Norway's activity is regulated by this.

The Church of Norway National Council wants to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of hotel services in connection with holding the Church Assembly 2022-2024 with an option for 1 additional year.

The Church Assembly is a 6 day working session that is held once per year. It is important that the meeting participants have good working conditions, since the work takes places extensively throughout the day with plenary session gatherings/committee meetings up until 22.00.

The hotel must therefore have comfortable, modern and flexible course/conference facilities suitable for groups of 8-300 persons.

The hotel must located in Trondheim.
