Training activity on flight simulators of the ATR 42 flight line 400/500 series of the Corps of Port Authorities - Coast Guard - for an annual amount, based on the race, of €109,060.00 excluding VAT , (recurrent training ATR 42 DRY pilots up to n. 144 hours; “MOD A” ATR 42 pilots 1 crew 2 pilots; simulator B1/B2 and T/1/T2 ATR 42 maintainers up to n. 40 hours. Acos server pilot license & ca. 2 software each for n. 5 users and Acos server maintenance license no. 2 software each for n. 5 users) for a maximum number of units to be trained annually: up to n. 30 drivers, n. 4 maintenance technicians and 7 maintenance instructors) with the right to exercise:
• an option pursuant to Article 1331 of the Italian Civil Code up to a further four years (2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026) for a maximum amount of up to €436,240.00 excluding VAT;
• an option pursuant to Article 1331 of the Italian Civil Code up to an amount of euro 34,810.00 VAT excluded exclusively for the year 2023, limited to the following activities: SFI/TRI instructor operating station course course (n. 1 unit), MATRI REVIEW course (up to 7 units), MATRI INSTRUCTOR course (up to 2 units);
• an option pursuant to Article 1331 of the Italian Civil Code for an open fee for the five years up to 20% of the amount based on the tender relating to the completion of PBN (performance based navigation) courses, courses for PBN instructors, courses for non-programmable activities and agreements (facilities) with accommodation and/or hotel facilities and logistics services in general.
for a grand total, over 60 months, including any options, of €689,170.00 excluding VAT.
