On the site of the planned "Friedrich Heinrich" colliery park, two buildings for exhibition, training and educational opportunities are to be built as part of the Kamp-Lintfort urban development with the "Erlebnispädagogisches Zentrum Niederrhein" (EPZN) and the "GreenFabLab" (GFL). The intended locations of the two planned buildings are at the respective ends of the elongated park. A large number of future visitors to the area will experience the planned buildings as the start or end point of their visit to the park. As a result, the buildings have an important function within the system. This tender includes the installation of a fire alarm system for the GreenFabLab.

The subject of the tender is the delivery and installation of the following technical systems for the Lower Rhine Adventure Education Center.

Fire alarm system including the laying, cabling, cable ducts and connection points of an in-house fire alarm system. A detailed description can be found in the vortexes of the specification.
