The subject of the order is cashless current sale with the use of electronic diesel fuel cards / tokens in the maximum amount of 725,000 liters to the tanks of vehicles belonging to the Employer. The diesel fuel offered must meet the requirements arising from the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9.10.2015 (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680), which is specified in Annex 4 to the ToR, the Contractor guarantees that the diesel oil purchased by the Ordering Party with a valid manufacturer's quality control certificate, presented to the Purchaser at any request.

Non-cash sale of fuel should take place at the Contractor's gas station, located no more than 2 km from the seat of the Employer.
