Local government HODB wants to offer its employees the possibility of bicycle leasing for several reasons:

• Health of its employees

• Fitness of its employees

• Sustainable, green mobility

• Modern HR policy

• Exemplary role of a local government

• Strengthening the local economy

Through bicycle leasing, the aim is to encourage employees to make more use of the bicycle primarily for commuting, but also for leisure time. In order to lower the threshold for the purchase of an (electric) bicycle and to reduce the CO2 emissions from commuting, the local government Hodb wants to appoint a leasing company that offers bicycle lease to its employees, whereby the personnel department is relieved as much as possible.
