Goethe-Institut e.V: has invited tenders for the detail planning, fabrication, installation and maintenance works of an installation by Olafur Eliasson to coincide with the German Presidency of the Council of the European Union. The single work will consist of multiple individual installations dispersed between five physical locations.

Goethe-Institut e.V: invites tenders for the detail planning, fabrication, installation and maintenance works of an installation by Olafur Eliasson to coincide with the German Presidency of the Council of the European Union. The single work will consist of multiple individual installations dispersed between the following physical locations:

Site 1: Justus Lipsius Building, Entry Atrium — Brussels, Belgium;

Site 2: Europa Building, Forum Wall — Brussels, Belgium;

Site 3: European Parliament Building, Level 3 Corridor North — Brussels, Belgium;

Site 4: German Federal Foreign Office, Lichthof — Berlin, Germany;

Site 5: Strasbourg EU Parliament.

The installations will be installed from 1 July 2020 to December (21st to 31st) 2020. Fabrication of the audio/video units will take place in May and June 2020. Install will occur on a single week at the end of June, followed by 6 months of maintenance and updating.
