The CC De Fabriek wishes to replace the existing stand (built in 2000-2001) with a new stand. The task is to break out the existing stand and replace it with a new stand that can be extended on the ground floor and which has new seats on the balcony. It is also expected that a connection between the ground floor and stand on the balcony will be provided in such a way that the stand on the balcony is accessible via a staircase of the single-storey extendable stand.
