The City of Hamm (client) is inviting tenders for the preparation and delivery of lunch catering for the Lessing School of the City of Hamm throughout Europe.

The Lessingschule is a municipal primary school with open all-day operation.

Three different menus (including a vegetarian meal (usually ovo-lacto)) are to be offered daily.

A dish of the day is composed as follows:

a) a protein-rich component such as meat (3 times a week or fish 2 times a week)

(b) a starch component;

(c) a vegetable component or a side salad or raw food;

d) a dessert (there must be a choice between fresh fruit and another dessert every day).

For at least 2 of the 3 daily specials, the sauce, if it is part of the dish, must be supplied separately.

Due to the location (structural conditions/furnishings, etc.), only the "Cook & Chill" form of catering can be offered.

Activities going beyond this, e.B. the distribution of food, cleaning of the dishes or the delivery of beverages, etc. do not fall within the scope of the contractor's services and are not part of the advertised service.
