The subject of the contract is the purchase/execution and delivery (along with the arrangement and assembly) of furniture, equipment intended for Primary School No. 257 as part of the investment entitled "Modernization and extension of Primary School No. 257 at Podróżnicza Street" implemented by the Białołęka District Office of the Capital City of Warsaw.

The scope of the contract includes in particular:

1) purchase/execution and delivery of furniture and equipment for school classrooms and rooms – specified in the description of the subject of the contract together with transport, assembly, bringing and setting in places indicated by the Ordering Party and the User in accordance with the list of equipment placement in the rooms / rooms;

2) installation of equipment (m.in. showcases, fabric, magnetic, chalk boards, dispensers for soap and disinfectant, dispenser for disposable towels, etc.);

3) cleaning the rooms / rooms / offices after assembly and arrangement of furniture / equipment at the school along with any additional work necessary for the proper performance of the contract;

4) providing technical and utility documentation related to the Subject of the contract and keys to items with locks;

All proposed solutions must be systemic, mass-produced (under the term system the Ordering Party understands furniture that can be combined with each other in various configurations and allowing for expansion or replacement in the future.
