UK Global Healthcare Limited (‘UGH’) and Indo UK Healthcare Private Limited (‘IUHP’) on behalf of the Indo UK Institute of Health programme (‘IUIH’) (collectively referred to as ‘the Parties’) wish to appoint a partner/partners to a panel of Theatres devices suppliers which will subsequently be invited to join long term partnerships with IUHP and IUIH to supply to the eleven proposed NHS branded Indo UK Institutes of Health at various locations across India. This advert is part of a comprehensive procurement programme which will be conducted by UGH and IUHP throughout 2017 and 2018 and which will be advertised in a similar manner. It follows on from 2 earlier requirements placed for orthopaedics and radiology which are now at the contract award stage.

This Lot includes all devices as well as associated accessories to provide adequate levels of lighting for the clinical team of all types of Surgeries, surgical lights should have substantial influence on the performance of an Ultra Clean Ventilation system and hence the overall sterility of the operating room. It will also include surgical headlights, to be worn by surgeons.

This Lot includes all devices as well as associated accessories for a Theatre Microscopes for ENT, Ophthalmic, Neurological, Plastics & maxillofacial surgical Procedures. All Microscope supplied within this lot must meet the following requirements.

General

— 220v electrical voltage;

— 115VAC max 10 A current consumption;

— 50 — 60 Hz rated frequency;

— Capability to hold at least 5kg of accessories;

— A floor stand with lockable castors suitable for seated and standing operations;

— At least 1100mm of reach for the microscope arm on the horizontal axis;

— At least 600mm of reach for the microscope arm on the vertical axis;

— Microscope arm must be capable of 6 axis movement; and
