The technical specifications of the track guidelines and additional track guidelines (OR/OR-Z) of the VDV for railways according to the BOStraB (December 1995 edition) apply.

rail profile = 60 R1

Basic gauge of track gauge = 1,000 mm.

All fabrics are factory new (rolled year 2022 or 2023) and must be delivered in 1st quality.

Design and tolerances according to the technical delivery conditions for grooved rails (VDV OR 13.1).

Preliminary remarks

The following applies to switches and crossings:

Basic gauge of the track width: 1,000 mm.

Rail profile 60R1

Gauge measurement plane: - 10mm

Manufacturing tolerances in mm for the line track:

Gauge: + 1/-0

For switches and crossings:

+ 1/-1 gauge

flute width wheel handlebars + 1/- 0

groove width core + 1/- 0

All fabrics are brand new and 1st choice.
