This consultation focuses on the realization of project management missions for diagnostics, creation and realization of fountains, in the municipality of Mandelieu-la-Napoule. The procurement procedure used is: open tender. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2-1º, R. 2131-18, R. 2132-2, R. 2132-4 to R. 2132-6, R. 2143-1 to R. 2143-2, R. 2151-1 to R. 2151-5, R. 2161-5, R. 2161-4 of the Public Order Code. This is a single-award framework agreement with subsequent contracts with a minimum annual amount and a maximum annual amount.

The purpose of the framework agreement is to define the general contractual terms between the contracting authority and the supplier in the context of the award of subsequent future contracts for contracting services and additional tasks. Project management missions may cover projects whose amounts of work are mentioned in the consultation regulation. These missions are carried out as part of work for fountainery and civil engineering operations. The project management missions are detailed at CCAP. Minimum annual amount of the framework agreement: EUR 10 000 excluding VAT, maximum annual amount of the framework agreement: EUR 1 000 000 excluding VAT.
