Drywall work according to DIN 18 340
Kita - Drywall work according to DIN 18 340New construction of GK walls, facing shells and suspended ceilings within a listed reinforced concrete skeleton building on two storey levels. In the run-up to the work, the supporting structure was completely renovated by a concrete repair company.
The drywall work is associated with increased expenses due to curved floor plans and the upper connection of the constructions to a Stb ribbed ceiling.
For some components, requirements for fire, sound and/or moisture protection must be complied with.
In the course of the construction project, the contractor must also create suspensions for chilled ceilings by means of trusses in the spaces between the fins and supply individual interior doors.
Scope of the measure:
approx. 500 m2 Metallständerwände, Einfachständerwerk
approx. 150 m2 Installationswände, Doppelständerwerk
approx. 180 m2 Vorsatzschalen
approx. 30 m2 Brandschutzbekleidungen
approx. 1250 m2 suspended ceilings
approx. 75 m2 Holzlamellendecken
approx. 170 m2 Akustikspritzputz
approx. 225 trusses for ribbed ceiling (custom-made)
Approx. 3 sliding doors (running into the wall)
Approx. 8 swing doors, 1 of which is motor-driven
