The subject of the contract is the clearing of streams in the area of the Nowy Sącz Water Supervision: Biczyczanka, Kraśnianka, Szymanowianka, Niskówka, Wielkopolanka, Elektrodowy, Szczubanowski, near Betoniarnia, BN in Zabrzeży. The aim of the activities is to restore the patency and throughput of the Biczyczanka, Kraśnianka, Szymanowianka, Niskówka, Wielkopolanka, Elektrodowy, Szczubanowski, near Betoniarnia, BN in Zabrzeży.

The subject of the contract is the clearing of streams in the area of the Nowy Sącz Water Supervision. The aim of the activities is to restore the patency and capacity of the Biczyczanka, Kraśnianka, Szymanowianka, Niskówka, Wielkopolanka, Elektrodowy, Szczubanowski, near Betoniarni, BN in Zabrzeży. The activities will consist in mowing slopes, cutting out overgrowths, removing silt that has accumulated on the slopes causing a reduction in throughput, in places where slope runoff has been found, it is necessary to profile them to restore the full regulatory cross-section. In formed troughs, any reduction in the capacity of the trough threatens with overflow of water and flooding of residential areas.

The works will be carried out with the use of mechanical equipment – m.in. a wheeled backhoe and dump trucks adapted to transport material from the excavation within river mud and manually (in hard-to-reach places). After the completion of the works, the area within the streams will be tidied up and left in as close to natural condition as possible.

The investor has notified the intention to perform the described works to the Regional Director for Environmental Protection and is in possession of the Provisions on non-objection, which are included in Annex No. 14 to the SWZ.

The contractor is obliged to ensure environmental supervision over the implementation of the service throughout the entire period of work, in accordance with the notification of the Regional Director for Environmental Protection in Krakow. The detailed scope of tasks performed as part of environmental supervision is specified in §11 – model contract constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.

Deadline for completing the task: - completion within 7 weeks from signing the contract.
