Description:
University Clinic Münster - Building 3800 Central Clinic - Interior renovation of Bettenturm Ost - Project planning according to §§ 33 HOAI

Interior renovation of Bettenturm Ost - Münster University Hospital - property planning according to §§ 33 HOAI.

After the facade and roof renovation of the bed towers, an interior renovation is also necessary to complete the renovation measures.

The first thing to do is to renovate the east tower. The east tower is being pulled open and, if possible, refurbished in one construction phase. The levels currently provided with various uses (intensive care, general care, day clinic, etc.) will become general care areas with a modern standard.

The facade areas have already been cleaned up. This renovation goal is now being pursued in the interior (e.g. shafts). The current fire protection deficiencies will also be eliminated.

The core renovation is intended to achieve a standard improvement in the patient rooms (e.g. twin rooms with wet room, instead of 6 people sharing a wet room), so that the competitiveness of the UKM is ensured.

Furthermore, the new assignment of the individual maintenance levels creates meaningful units in terms of business organization. Adjusting the size of the station offers organizational advantages. The staff shortage should also be counteracted by attractive workplaces and modern ward sizes.

The total costs for the interior renovation are currently estimated at EUR 46,600,000.00 net. Of this, EUR 23,800,000.00 net is attributable to the KG 300 and EUR 22,800,000.00 net to the KG 400.

The total services to be awarded include:

- Service phases 1-3 of the property planning according to § 34 HOAI,

- Service phases 4-8 of the property planning according to § 34 HOAI as step-by-step and optional commissioning by determining the AG in stages to be determined by the AG,

- Special services in all service phases property planning according to § 34 HOAI as an optional commissioning by determination of the client (possibly in stages to be determined by the client).

The negotiation process takes place in 2 stages (see procedural information). As part of the negotiation process, the selected bidders should prepare a proposal for a solution in accordance with Section 76 (2) VgV.

Representatives from an official context as well as representatives from the clinic will take part in the bidding discussions in an advisory capacity alongside the selection committee of the awarding authority.

The registrar can be supported and advised in the operational implementation of this VgV procedure by D&K drost consult GmbH, Hamburg.
