Description:

The range includes maintenance, support and further development of the Energy Enrollment Solution Online solution (hereafter the solution). The solution is a flexible and digital reporting solution, in which the Supply Authority itself carries out the tasks related to reporting, including editing in pre-existing digital reporting forms and any. creates new digital reporting forms. After a start-up phase, the supplier is responsible for the maintenance, support and further development of the solution. The contract does not include operations, as operations are handled by Statens-It. During the term of the contract, the supplier must cooperate loyally with Statens-It.

The offer includes a framework contract for the provision of maintenance, support and further development of the solution ENergiAnmeldnings Online, ENAO (hereafter the solution). The solution is a digital self-service solution based on Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft InfoPath and Microsoft SQL Server, where users report financial and technical data to clients. The users report a large number of mandatory data regarding their business operations to contracting entities. In addition, users can submit ad hoc, among other things. statutes and technical provisions where appropriate. The solution ensures that users can easily and intuitively report information, that users can get an overview of reported data year by year, that data can be extracted from the solution and that the client can manage forms for reporting himself. The solution integrates with the client's ESDH system "Public360" and for the CVR registered. NemID is used when logging into the solution. Users can access the solution via the website http://enao.forsyningstilsynet.dk/ or via effic.dk The website currently consists of the following sections that users see when they log in to the solution via effect.dk: New reporting, Mine reporting, My attachments and master data.

The main services offered include: support, maintenance and further development of the solution after ordering from the client.

The main services include

A. Maintenance in the form of:

- debugging both errors and incidents,

- supply and installation of new versions and releases / updates / patches,

- preventive maintenance,

- maintenance of documentation,

- license management for the maintenance of the solution,

- Assist the client in ensuring adequate IT security in relation to the solution and handling personal data in accordance with applicable legislation.

Maintenance must be in accordance with the service objectives set by the client.

B. Support in the form of, inter alia:

- support at a service desk where the client's inquiries regarding. incidents, errors and issues (support) are addressed,

- handling errors and incidents,

- assist contracting entities with guidance, e.g. in connection with the creation of new forms or changes to existing forms.

C. Further development of the solution:

The supplier undertakes, after ordering from the client and the conclusion of agreements, to carry out further development, including among other things. additions of additional functionality to the solution.

In addition, related advice and consultancy services must be provided in relation to the solution as well as assistance with termination services in connection with the termination of the contract. The Supplier shall also be responsible for the procurement of software to replace the client's existing licenses for standard software, which expires upon termination of the client's existing agreement.
