The city of Nordhausen is planning to build a new fire service center for the joint use of professional, volunteer and youth fire brigades. The total size of the property is approx. 11 250 m 2 . The new building is divided into a main hall with 16 parking spaces, an adjoining hall with 6 parking spaces and an attached administration clasp. Workshops and a hose and exercise tower serve both the Nordhausen fire department itself and the surrounding fire departments.

The new building has a U-shaped area of approx. 2,750 m 2nd with an extent of approx. 90 m in the north and approx. 32 m in the south as well as a width of approx. 34 m in the east and 72 m in the west. The gross floor area is approximately 5,000 m 2nd , the BRI is approx. 25,000 m³.

The service advertised here includes the delivery and installation of an emergency power system with a rated output of 250kVA.

A subdivision of this service into further lots is not planned (see point II.1.6.)).

- complete ventilation system with louvre flaps and weather protection grille,

- complete tank system with day tank 1 000 l and storage tank 3 000 l,

- complete exhaust system,

- electrical switchgear for fully automatic network parallel operation,

- Complete soundproofing of the room and maintenance.

The maintenance work is ordered separately after completion of the construction work.
