The objective of the invitation to tender is to enter into agreement(s) regarding communication, consultancy, assistance and support in connection with software for the Rights Holders.
It is emphasised that the procurement of business systems such as accounting systems, personnel systems, logistics systems, etc. are not included in the agreement.
The selected supplier shall be the Right Holders' vendor of software licences in the agreement period. The supplier shall also administer the Contracting Authority's software agreements, and act as a consultant in regards to licence questions for all software included in the contract. Licences for Microsoft, Oracle and SAP, as well as other system deliveries are covered by other agreements.
