The FCH 2 JU would like to set up a framework contract with one contractor (or of several contractors acting together) to continue the operation the European HRS Availability System (E-HRS-AS).
Technically, the system must keep the current functionalities as specified in the system description of the technical specifications and be able to handle data feed from at least 1.000 Hydrogen Refueling Stations (HRS) simultaneously and data usage from 5.000 unique users at any time, until 2024.
Additionally, the HRS community contacts must be maintained and updated with all newcomers. The contractor shall identify and connect to the system all new HRS that enter into operation in the European Union in agreement with the FCH 2 JU. The contractor shall also provide recommendations for system improvements.
