SHEM is launching an exceptional series of investments for the renovation and development of its facilities. In this context, it requires the strengthening of procurement expertise in compliance with regulatory constraints and the SHEM purchasing process.
SHEM needs this technical assistance from June 2024 to the end of May 2026 (2 firm years) with optional one-year tranches from June 2026 to the end of May 2032 (6 x 1 year optional tranches).
The missions will consist of:
- Monitoring the proper application of the SHEM-Engie Group's Purchasing policy
- Participation in the definition of the need and the formalization of the specifications with internal customers
- Management of consultations (drafting of consultation files, conduct of consultations, site visit, drafting of choice notes, management of purchasing planning, negotiation, contractualization, etc.).
- Optimization of SHEM purchases in practices, tools
- Support for developments (processes, standards) and technological and legal watch
- Participation in the monitoring of performance and reporting indicators.
- Participation in audits and management of supplier risks and strategy
