The contract concerns services for the collection of the waste tariff for the years 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024 consisting of:
1) management of the M.AV .;
2) granting of a continuous credit line - for a minimum amount of EUR 7 000 000.00 - for credit advances upon presentation of M.AV. and SEDA;
3) advanced model SEDA management (sent to the bank).
The contract also relates to the possible granting of an unsecured loan (to be repaid over 5 years) payable also with a split amount during the contractual validity or of a blank revocable credit line for the entire duration of the contract.
3.1) The contract concerns the services for the collection of the waste tariff for the years 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024 consisting of:
1) management of the M.AV .;
2) granting of a continuous credit line - for a minimum amount of EUR 7 000 000.00 - for credit advances upon presentation of M.AV. and SEDA;
3) advanced model SEDA management (sent to the bank).
Concerning the point above n. 1), it is estimated the annual dispatch of about 170 000 M.AV. divided into 2 trances (each with 2 M. AV. for a total of 4 M. AV./annual).
The total amount of the M.AV. amounts to approximately EUR 20 000 000.00 annually.
The above data - estimated on a historical basis - are only indicative and not binding; the number of M.AV. it is also "conditioned" by the future implementation of the SEDA debit system.
NB: in relation to the point above n. 2), it is specified that the assignment of the management of the M. AV./SEDA is subject to the concession of the credit line for advance credits for a minimum amount of EUR 7 000 000.00.
It is specified that:
1) the payment of the M.AV. it can take place at both bank and post offices;
2) the printing and issuing of the M.AV. remain the responsibility of Sistema Ambiente SpA
3.2) The contract also relates to the possible granting of an unsecured loan (to be repaid over 5 years) payable also with a split amount during the contractual validity or of a revocable blank credit line for the entire duration of the contract.
