This procurement is for the establishment of a framework agreement for the procurement of transport and forwarding services in accordance with the requirements as described in the attached framework agreement documents.

The contracting authority, DSB, will enter into the framework agreement on behalf of its own entity, as well as on behalf of the following contracting authorities that have joined the procurement: The Norwegian Directorate of Immigration (UDI) and the Norwegian Health Directorate (HDIR).

DSB is responsible for the signing and follow-up of the framework agreement. The entities are independently responsible for their orders/call-offs under the framework agreement.
