the contract concerns the subscription and management of insurance contracts covering the risks specified below, by means of a tender procedure pursuant to Articles

- fire /lightning/explosions

- damage to electrical and electronic devices

- attacks /vandalism all damage

- accidental building collapse

- collision of vehicles belonging to third parties/fall of air navigation devices

- water damage

- storms/hail/ weight of snow/natural disasters

- theft

- ice breakage

- machine breakage on sensitive goods

- all risks on musical instruments

- civil liability for all general and ancillary services managed by the subscriber, the CCAS and the Caisse des Écoles.

- civil liability as owner of buildings for all of the assets of the subscriber, including property for sale, buildings assigned to ancillary services and any facilities attached to services the operation of which is entrusted to third parties by means of a concession contract, leasing, delegation of public service or any other agreement, where the policyholder retains ownership responsibility.

- accidental damage to the environment

- civilian requirements/trainees and volunteer collaborators

- vehicles and/or boats requisitioned and impounded

- Rc committing/need the service

- fire fighting and dangers threatening public safety

- inexcusable misconduct - including personal fault - and intentional fault

- recourse by the State for compensation for damage suffered by its staff and in the event of acts of violence (Ordinance of 07/01/1959 - Law of 07/01/1983 - Decree of 21/10/1983)

- theft by attendants

- responsibilities related to all competences covered by decentralization laws

- responsibility towards Mayors/Deputies/Municipal Councillors and Special Delegates

for the whole park:

* civil liability without limitation of sum for personal injury and up to 100,000,000 euros for material and immaterial damages

* defense and recourse up to 15,000 euro

* theft/fire without deductible

* assistance without mileage allowance with replacement vehicle

For light vehicles (- 3.5 t) and two wheels from 0 to 5 years old inclusive:

* damage all accidents with excess of 400 euro

Nb: without limitation of the duration for the rental advertising minibus

for heavy goods vehicles (over 3.5 t) and special vehicles from 0 to 7 years included:

* damage all accidents with a deductible of 800 euro
