Framework Agreement for works aimed at the prevention of phenomena related to hydrogeological instability and the management and maintenance of the areas of the state water under the jurisdiction of the Rimini Territorial Office – period 2023-2026

Interventions aimed at improving the hydraulic officiosity of watercourses, preventing hydrogeological instability as well as maintaining the areas of the state water domain of competence and includes the works, processes, activities that form the subject of this Framework Agreement aimed at ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, redevelopment and functional adaptation of works and sections of dammed and non-dammed watercourses assigned and belonging to it, for competence, of the hydrographic network of the UT Rimini.

The areas of intervention concern the slopes and watercourses of the basins of the rivers Uso, MarecchiaAusa, Marano, Melo, Conca, Ventena and Tavollo and the relative system of streams and tributary streams in the mountain and foothill belts of the Rimini territory in the stretches of competence of the UT Rimini, as well as the coastal strip that develops from the port of Cattolica to the border between the municipality of Bellaria-Igea marina and San Mauro Pascoli.
