Aalborg Utility offers in turnkey contract construction of electric boiler building and buildings for 10Kv and 60Kv switchgear incl. transformer farms in Norbis Park. The tendering procedure for this building contract shall be conducted as a negotiated procedure in accordance with Article 47 of the Utilities Directive.

The tender in turnkey contracts includes the construction of an electric boiler building and buildings for 10Kv and 60Kv switchgear including transformer farms located at Nordjyllandsværket at Nefovej 50 in Vodskov near Aalborg (Norbis Park).

The switchgear is an electrical system that controls the power sent between the transformer and large consumers in the area. The electric boiler building is a heating technical plant that contains 3 electric boilers of 50 MW each for district heating production. Friis & Moltke has prepared an outline project that explains the client's expectations for how the 3 buildings should look and be disposed. Together with the sketch project, Friis & Molte has also prepared a Quality Description, Design and Quality Manual and Room Scheme.

The electric boiler building is approx. 24x29x10 m as well as transformer farms. The 10kV and 60 kV switching stations are 9x20x6 m and 16x40x6 m respectively with full basement with full basement and with approx. 160 m2 transformer farm in 880 m2 fencing. The total building area is approx. 1,500 m² and approx. 640 m² basement.
