Within the framework of this tender, the client intends to conclude an agreement for the execution of the services in the context of emergency response. This concerns emergency response in the entire working area of Blink. In short, this means securing roads and / or the public space of the client during calamities and / or disasters, regardless of the possible cause, except for circumstances that do not fall within the scope of the assignment.

Disaster management agreement within the entire work area of Blink. This includes (not exhaustive):

- securing a calamity situation on roads and / or in public space (including taking any necessary traffic measures),

- removal and removal of pollution (and / or objects) from roads and / or public space that has been released as a result of an emergency,

- removal of objects from surface waters (excluding vehicles),

- road surface and surface cleaning after an emergency, including removal and removal of pollution,

- performing emergency repairs on the road surface or other pavements, both on open and closed pavement.
