The subject of the contract is, in particular, design works, construction works, delivery, assembly, commissioning, regulatory and test operation, training of the Employer's staff, commissioning at Energa Kogeneracja Sp. z o. o. along with obtaining the required administrative decisions as well as a guarantee and warranty made in the turnkey formula of a complete, modern installation, i.e. 3 gas reserve and peak water boilers with a capacity of 38 MWt each, fed with high-methane natural gas type E and 1 gas boiler steam with a capacity of 19 t / h powered by high-methane natural gas type E, installation of thermal power output, electrical installation and control as well as all unlisted accompanying infrastructure necessary for the proper functioning of the installation.

The subject of the contract is, in particular, design works, construction works, delivery, assembly, commissioning, regulatory and test operation, training of the Employer's personnel, commissioning at Energa Kogeneracja together with obtaining the required administrative decisions as well as guarantee and warranty made in the turnkey formula complete, modern installation, i.e. 3 reserve-peak water gas boilers with a capacity of 38 MWt each, fed with high-methane natural gas type E and 1 steam gas boiler with a capacity of 19 t / h powered with high-methane natural gas type E, installation of heat output, installations electrical and control equipment and all accompanying infrastructure not listed necessary for the proper functioning of the Installation.
